While 2degrees is committed to having their own in-house contact centre, Telnet began working with 2degrees in 2011 and today runs multiple successful outbound sales campaigns on their behalf. In addition, 2degrees utilises Telnet’s Octopus and ContactSuite solutions within their own contact centre environment.
