  • Following the purchase by Z Energy of the downstream assets of Chevron New Zealand (Caltex), Telnet has now assumed responsibility for operating the Caltex contact centre following its migration from Manila to Telnet’s Auckland-based contact centre.

    The migration project involved Telnet developing new processes and migrating significant amounts of data from Chevron’s systems to our own. The cutover of the project occurred on the 1st June 2016 at which point Telnet assumed responsibility for the majority of Caltex customer-facing contact channels.
