General Manager Outbound
Before joining the Telnet team in 2008, Arthi earned a Bachelor of Business degree and a Diploma in Business and Computing. Upon joining the team Arthi spent seven years managing Telnet’s large inbound and outbound sales teams, encompassing a large variety of sales campaigns before moving into an Account Management role where she managed Telnet’s large outbound client accounts.
With the opening of Telnet’s new Northwest Contact Centre in 2016 Arthi has now moved into the role of Outbound General Manager.

Outside of work Arthi enjoys boxing, extreme sports and travelling.
