Jamie Zidich

IT Support

Jamie started with Telnet in 2004 and has worked in numerous positions, including as one of Telnet’s Outage Managers for our Utility clients.

Jamie left Telnet for a while to pursue options in other industries including building and retail before deciding to study IT.  Jamie recently returned to Telnet as a key member of our IT team where he helps support Telnet’s numerous systems throughout the contact centre.  Jamie’s favourite thing about working at Telnet is that it feels like a second home and he has made some great friends here.  Outside of work, Jamie is kept busy with his daughter, trips to the beach and working on his car.
