Penny Calder


Penny is one of New Zealand’s most experienced contact centre managers.  A founding member of the Telnet team, Penny is responsible for selecting and managing the sales and service teams, whose excellence sets Telnet apart from other outsourced contact centres.  Prior to working at Telnet, Penny was operations manager at Credit Reference Association, which was later acquired by Creditcorp. The operations and the people of Telnet Services are Penny’s responsibility and her passion.  Her other passions are style and fashion!
