Simon Bocking


Simon has been a senior executive within the contact centre/BPO industry for over 14 years specialising in solution development, IT, sales and project management.

Simon’s broad experience within the industry enables him to use Telnet’s extensive technology portfolio and operational capabilities to develop and implement practical solutions for our clients.  Simon leads the Client Services team responsible for account management, business development, marketing and project management.

Prior to joining Telnet, Simon was head of APAC Solutions for global contact centre company Sitel.  In his spare time Simon loves to cook and go mountain biking.
